Tau Gamma Phi/Sigma

i am writing this blog with one goal in my mind, that's to let you, my brother and sister, know all the bad images "some" of us are creating to the public... in the real sense of the word and of the organization, our fraternity/sororitys' aim is to help the community we belong, to do good deeds and contribute to the welfare of our society and not be one of it's major PROBLEM.

but as i was observing the places i've went to, all i saw was a Vandalism/Graffitti of our seals in a newly painted wall and it irritates me.. it's because instead of helping to beautify the streets, that vandalism is making it ugly!!! it shows that those brothers/sisters are so undisciplined! and i've met a numerous number of brothers/sister that's been so boastful about being in here to the point of using our organization to degrade other people..yo make inocent people suffer! you see, being PROUD is a lot more different from BRAGGING... this bragging stuff just always end up in riots and frat wars! i know, i know, and i guess... this will always be a part of fratman's life. but again, DEFENDING the name of our Fraternity/sorority is a lot different from USING it for your own bad stuffs. HINDI NAMAN NANJAN ANG FRATERNITY PARA IPAG-ANGAS, PARA MAGING SIGA. [Ganito ang itunuro sa akin ng mother chapter ko] our organization was founded to make every member a better person, a better citizen!

you see, here in the Philippines we're one of the most numbered frat/soro, "mapatambay", studyante o nasa corporate world pa yan at politics... i hope we all make our part of making our Fraternity/Sorority proud of us. PLEASE LEARN and take seriously the TENETS and CODE of CONDUCTS, cause it was not there for NOTHING..

the Jolibee Way

I've been working in a Jollibee store for a week now and i just notice some nice things about the company. By the way, Jollibee is the no.1 competitor of Mc Donalds here in the Philippines and it's now extending in other countries.

Jollibee is all about the fast and efficient service. it has many other competitors if you just base it in it's product, but what Jollibee differs is the way it's employee treats it's customer. The quality service it gives. And that's what you call, the Jolibee experience! ^^ the Jollibee experience starts the moment the customer sets his feet in the store door, he is welcomed by the crew with a warm smil and greetings.

Working in a Jollibee is pretty hard. i get exhausted at times but when i greet the customer with a smile and they smile back, it feels good. when they thank me for doing a favor for them, it's great. the salary is not that worth it for all the hard work Jollibee employees give but the "thank you's" we get from the customer make it all worth it. and working with other employees is nice because we work in harmony. ^^

so next time you visit, Jollibee, be sure to thank it's crew for the favor done for you 'cause remember you're not eating in a fine dining restaurant but we do our best to make your eating experience a delight! :)
